Site dedicated to bridging the digital divide. Site enables users to build their own online communities, publish blogs (message boards), share documents and discussions, and post news, events and articles.

Site dedicated to protecting the rights of technology users. Includes section on online privacy, file-sharing and other technology issues.

Online collection of journal articles about the Internet.

Site that compiles statistics on global Internet use.

Government site with information on telecommunications and information policies and issues. The Issues section of the NTIA's site includes information on topics ranging from securing Internet domain names to minority telecommunications development.

Site containing research and analysis of how the Internet impacts families, communities, education, health care and civic and political life.

Site with resources for developing a tech-friendly office. Includes information on developing technology plans and links to other technology resources. The site was developed for seniors, but anyone interested in incorporating technology into their day-to-day work should find the site helpful.

Online resource center with technology how-to information and support. Site also enables non-profits to access donated and discounted hardware and software.
