The Corporation to Develop Communities of Tampa’s mission is to revitalize communities by alleviating poverty and physical deterioration thereby creating economically viable, safe and attractive neighborhoods. The organization focuses on workforce readiness and develops services that help low and moderate income adults move into and retain higher wage jobs while assisting others to increase wage rates through skill development and training.
