CASA's vision is a community without violence so that home is a safe place. The organization’s mission is to raise our voices against violence through advocacy, empowerment, and social change. Located in St. Petersburg, CASA provides victims of domestic violence and their families a safe place to live and facilitates safety and crisis intervention.
Residents participate in on-going safety planning, receive crisis intervention, information and referrals, case management, children's programs, support groups and work-force readiness classes. The United Way of Tampa Bay supports CASA with funds for emergency shelter.
